We discontinued phone support recently. Our rationale is explained below:
- Phone support is difficult to scale - It takes time for new agents to get up to speed and we can't control the level of difficulty of calls that come in.
- Phone support is difficult to monitor - It's time consuming to listen to calls, however scanning emails can be done quickly and more efficiently
- Phone support is not documented - Email and Live Chat inquires are associated with your account and can be viewed by our entire team so that all agents are familiar with your needs.
All Customer Support is Closed on Saturdays & Sundays
We are closed for all major holidays, so that our employees can enjoy time with their families.
Our Customer Support Team is located in Rocklin, CA, USA. We are a small USA Based business and do NOT outsource our customer service.

We have recently closed our local brick & mortar store and now have corporate headquarters only for our shipping/receiving department as well as our customer service department. We are solely focused on our ecommerce at this time.
