Bands versus barrettes
Bands suit a topknot on a dog with enough coat to hold one. Barrettes and clips work better on finer or shorter hair and come off more easily, which some dogs prefer.
Care
Put bows in loosely and take them out at the end of the day. Leaving a band in tightly or overnight pulls on the hair and can irritate the skin. Store them flat so the loops keep their shape.
