Return Portal
Please use our return portal here to submit your return request to the link above or submit your HERE. Upon receiving your request we will email you all the information, including instructions with your RMA (Return Authorization Number) to return your item(s) to us.
⏰ Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason (wrong size, not what you expected, etc.). **As long as all items qualify for returns

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help. After that timeframe, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly.
🔄 Exchanges
Because our inventory and designer pricing change often, we cannot process direct exchanges.

Please note: expired coupons cannot be applied to new orders, but valid, non-expired ones can.
✅ Return Eligibility
To ensure products remain in pristine, boutique condition, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and free from dog hair, odors, or stains

In original packaging with all tags intact

Approved through our Returns Portal
❌ Items that arrive without prior approval will be refused.
📦 Your Responsibility

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a carrier with tracking for your protection.

Returns must be received within 15 days of your RMA approval.

Please review size charts carefully before ordering—designer sizing may vary. We’re happy to help with sizing questions before you purchase!

Product photos may vary slightly in color due to lighting or monitor settings.
📬 Processing & Store Credit

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

All returns are issued as store credit only, minus shipping, discounts, or coupons used.

Store credits are sent via email with a code you can use at checkout.

Credits are valid for 1 year from issue date.

Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (we’ll notify you before processing).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:

Beds, blankets, or bedding (subject to 20% restocking fee if returned)

Treats, supplements, cakes

Carriers, stairs/steps, bowls, feeders, treat jars

Toys (durability not guaranteed)

Potty training products (panties, diapers, belly bands, pads, grass patches)

Holiday or seasonal items

Costumes

Clearance or final-sale items

Personalized or custom orders

Any product marked non-returnable in its description

Cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Return for store credit, exchange, or refund—FREE. Please note, not all items are returnable! See above on what is approved. However, REDO also allows for claims with missing packages.
