How Do I Purchase an Item on Layaway?

Our layaway program is as simple as 4 easy steps:

  1. Purchase your layaway items as you would normally. Add your items to the shopping cart by clicking on the �Add to Cart� button located on the item detail page.
  2. Enter the layaway coupon code (Code: LAYAWAY) on the shopping cart checkout page. This code will allow you to make a 50% down payment on your purchase (non-refundable) and will reserve your layaway items for up to 45 days.
  3. We will AUTOMATICALLY bill your credit card on file used for the original layaway order according to your payment schedule.
  4. Pay your balance online anytime within 45 days. You can also pay the remainder of your layaway balance at any time directly on our website by following the link below. Otherwise a payment schedule will be set up automatically for you at 14 days after purchase and followed up by 30 days after purchase date and finally 45 days after initial purchase date. Simply click here to make a payment at any time to your account balance.

Payment schedules are as follows and will be broken down into 3 remaining payments after initial order and payment of 50% of order is made:

1.14 days after initial payment

2.30 days after initial payment

3.Final payment 45 days after initial purchase
Order Example:
Purchase of $150, paid $75 at check out (excluding tax), balance of $75
Jan 1 open layaway plan
Jan. 15th - 2nd payment is made - $25
Jan. 29th - 3rd payment is made - $25

Feb 13th - Final payment is made - $25
Order ships out within 3 business days after final payment

Shipping Charges and Sales Tax

Shipping charges for your layaway items are paid at the time that the initial non-refundable deposit payment is made.

Sales tax (CA residents only) must be paid for both the initial deposit and any subsequent payments. When you submit your initial layaway deposit, you will be charged tax on ONLY the deposit/payment amount. Subsequent layaway balance payments will also be charged the appropriate tax amount accordingly.

Layaway Refund & Return Policy

If for some reason, you are unable to complete your layaway payment, all payments made to date will be non-refundable and non-transferable. No returns are accepted on layaway merchandise once it is paid in full.

How Do I Make a Layaway Payment?

Making a layaway payment could not be easier with our secure online payment process. Please follow these simple steps to make an online payment:

  1. Select the �Layaway Payment� . Clicking on this link will open the payment entry page where you will be required to enter your payment amount.
  2. Click on the �Add to Cart� button. This will enable you after adding to cart to change the $ amount of your payment.
  3. You may then follow the normal checkout process to submit your layaway payment.
  4. In the NOTE section of your checkout you must put your order number on the original layaway plan. If you do not remember your number you can log into your account at any time and view your orders.
  5. We will apply your payment to your order within 24 business hours.

You always have the option of paying your layaway balance in one or more payments at your own convenience during the 45 day layaway period. However, if your entire balance is not paid by the end of the 45 day layaway period, your layaway will be canceled and your items will be made available for purchase to other customers.

In cases where the layaway balance is not paid within the 45 day period, the following terms and conditions apply:

  • Non-Refundable Deposit - Any payments made and applied to the layaway order will be forfeited and are non-refundable/non-transferable.
  • Layaway Item Availability - All items originally placed on layaway will be taken off �layaway� status and will be made available for purchase by customers.

When do I Receive the Items I�ve Purchased on Layaway?

Once your layaway balance is paid in full, the item will be shipped via the method selected during the initial order process.

NOTE: Any items being shipped to the State of California, will be charged sale tax in the amount of 8.3%.

IMPORTANT - Layaway Terms & Conditions

  • Qualifying Purchases - Only purchases of $75 or more can qualify for the layaway program.
  • No Discounts Apply - No online discounts, promotions or coupons may be used in conjunction with a layaway order.
  • Layaway Period - All items will be placed on layaway for a maximum period of 45 days (NOTE: Customer has the option of paying the order balance in full and at any time prior to the completion of the 45 day period). If all items purchased have not been paid in full by the end of the 45 day period, all items will be removed from layaway status and will again be made available for purchase by other customers.
  • Accepted Forms of Payment - All layaway purchases must be paid online via credit card.
  • Returns/Exchanges - We do not accept returns or exchanges on layaway orders. Please be sure you review the item description and photos thoroughly before making a purchase.

Changes to the Layaway Policy
