What to put on a tag
Your phone number matters more than the dog's name. A finder needs to reach you, and a name makes it easier for a stranger to call your dog away. Keep it short; hand stamping has less room than engraving.

These are made to order, so allow time before travel or a move. Hand-stamped lettering has small variations by nature, which is the appeal. Check the ring and tag periodically for wear, since a tag is only useful while it is still attached.
