We created the Emma Collar for the lovely and lively alike. This Collar is 1/2in wide, and is comfortable for your dog, easy for you to maintain. And like all of our designs, made from genuine commercial upholstery grade Ultrasuede® fabric that we import from Japan. This soft, comfortable fabric is breathable, washable and colorfast. Each Flower is centered with a genuine Swarovski Crystal for just a tad of bling. This collar is manufactured in the USA. We recommend your dog should always be walked with a harness. Our collars are designed for ID tags, charms and for decoration. They are not designed for pulling dogs.
