Susan Lanci collars vary too much. The sizes vary per style. Although I measured my dog’s neck, the collar we received was way too small & unfortunately you can’t return Susan Lanci products, so now I can’t use this collar and can’t return it. Frustrating!

beautiful collar

this is the 2nd collar I have purchased by this designer. Love the collar but unfortunately I bought wrong size even using the size chart.
