I originally ordered this shirt in April and never received it. I contacted customer service and they promptly responded and tracked the order and it showed it had never left California. They contacted their shipping department and got another out to me within a few days and also emailed a gift card to me for my trouble. I received my order in the mail today. this is the 2nd collar I have purchased by this designer. Love the collar but unfortunately I bought wrong size even using the size chart.
