Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Many of the items we carry are shipped directly from the designer and many are made to order. 

We make every effort to ship items within 5-7 business days after your order is placed. Specific product’s descriptions note they may have additional time required for fulfillment due to custom or made to order. Normally items ship within 5-15 business days due to stock status and as some items are custom made to order and require additional time.

Please note, Susan Lanci and Wooflink are items that can take about 2 weeks to ship. Please reach out to us prior to ordering if you are needing something sooner.


If we discover that an item is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please be sure your contact information is correct. If we don’t hear back from you within 72 hours, our system will automatically cancel and credit you back for the item if we do not replace it.

If you are needing an expedited shipment it's best to place your order and call us to inform us of your needs, we strive as best as possible to accommodate all requests regarding your order.

Posh Puppy Boutique typically uses USPS, but not limited to FedEx, UPS and other shipping methods. When your order is shipped partially or in full, you will receive an email indicating it has shipped. Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with tracking information You can also log into your account and track your package through our website if tracking is indicated. Some packages tracking is not available until after the package has been delivered. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please be aware that additional shipping costs will apply to all International Shipping. Shipping costs will be shown at check out before placing your order.

If the item is large or oversized we will notify you if any additional shipping costs will be incurred in some cases. All Shipping costs are automatically calculated by USPS costs.

All international orders are shipped with tracking. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charges that customs may charge.

International orders may require additional processing time because of shipping all in one package versus from multiple warehouses.

SHIPPING COSTS


In order to simplify our shipping costs, we have implemented a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95* for most orders. Please refer to the following shipping table to determine the cost to ship your item.
Note that heavier items (ie: carriers, blankets, beds, furniture, bowls/feeders, etc.) may incur an additional cost and are not included in the free shipping rate. The rate will be shown at check out prior to placing your order.
*Shipping costs are calculated after all discounts have been applied to your cart at checkout.

FREE USA SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100*

*Free shipping is not available to International orders and some items do not qualify due to size and weight, such as carriers, beds and furniture etc. If you have any questions regarding shipping costs please email us.
Most bowls and or treats/cakes do not qualify due to special packaging to ensure a safe shipment.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

We try to ship orders in full, in one shipment for your convenience. However, depending on the items ordered, multiple shipments may be required to fulfill your order. Sometimes orders can be delayed waiting for the full order to be filled and therefore shipped. Please note that we do not ship partial shipments unless requested by the customer. You may receive your order in multiple shipments from multiple warehouses.

DELIVERY

Posh Puppy Boutique is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have no control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.

If your tracking number has indicated that your package has been delivered, please contact your Local Post Office for better assistance.
Posh Puppy Boutique is unable to assist if the package is indicating that it is delivered.

Please note with USPS, you may experience shipping delays. We have the same tracking information you have and can only see what you can see in the USPS’s tracking system. We do not receive any additional information from the carrier. Posh Puppy Boutique cannot replace lost, damaged or stolen items via USPS.

Deliveries may take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
Please allow USPS up to 24 hours after shipment to show a delivery estimate.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing includes checking, packing, designers hand making these items and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

*If you place your order after 4PM PST on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be processed on the following business day.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

Orders placed after 4PM PST Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

ORDER PAYMENT

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.

ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

Please note that once orders are placed, we cannot cancel or change orders. We are here to help in many ways, if you need any assistance, please contact us prior to placing your order.

HOLIDAY SEASON

During the holiday season, processing time can take up to 10 days. If you are in need of item(s) for a specific holiday, please contact prior to placing your order to see if it would make it in time. We take shipping estimated dates as well as designers' time frames if they are hand made to order. There is no guarantee your order will arrive in time due to any shipping delays that may occur in transit.

With the rise of package theft during the holidays, we strongly advise you choose your shipping address carefully. If you are concerned about package theft, please understand all of your shipping options to help minimize theft.

Here are some tips we have found to be helpful:

  1. Ship to your work address

  2. Ship to a neighbor’s address that you trust and will be home at the time of delivery.

  3. Ask us to request your shipment be signed for someone at your address.

IN STORE PICK UP

Customers who choose to pick their order up from our local store can request via email to pick up locally instead of shipping out.
When your order is ready for pickup you will be notified via phone call and email. However, orders must be picked up within 72 business hours or they will be shipped and shipping charges will be applied. Please review our store hours for pick up.
