The hand hemmed ruffles adorn the back yoke, collar and hemline, and we added the convenience of a shiney gold Dee Ring for speedy exits from the house. Inside, you’ll love the pink and white polka dot lining, made from 100% cotton. The Southampton Slicker is secured at the neck and under the belly with super strong Velcro tapes, and allows for 3” of adjustability.
