Horrible Customer Service January 14, 2015

Very rude customer service, takes forever to ship items and when you call to inquire you're treated like garbage. They got good stuff but customers deserve better. Not doing business with them again!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! N

Slow Delivery December 21, 2014

I placed on order on October 30th. I ordered the tutu dress and 2 toys . The dress said it takes 3 to 5 days before shipped,Toys said 1 day . I wanted the dress for my dogs Birthday which was November 21st . I lived chatted with a girl in customer service a week before the 21st. She said the designer sent the wrong size. The next time I called the company . No return call so again I live chatted with them . This time I was told the designer had be on vacation and was behind. I just received my order on December 19th. I love the dress but I'll never order from this place again . They took my money a week after I placed the order.

I have to agree with others that have commented on the rude phone support.  I, too, placed an order several days ago and my order is in pending status.  It is a Christmas gift so I hope it arrives on time.  Not sure if I will order again from this company.

I ordered/PAID for my item on 12/1/14 and it is now 12/15/14 and i have not received any email regarding shipping!! I tried calling the number that is listed for customer concerns and all i got was an EXTREMELY RUDE lady on the phone who could not/WOULD NOT answer any questions i had regarding the item i had ordered!!!! I could not even CANCEL my order she said i had to wait for a "call" back from someone about this problem. I will NEVER order anything from this place ever again!!!!!!!! They are a complete rip off and i doubt i will ever get this item in the mail!!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!
