The dress is made from high-quality cotton fabric with loads of embellishments that really set it apart from many others available today -- large satin bow detail, bodice and collar embellishment, double peplum skirt trimmed in lime gathered tulle, and a shabby chic rosette with crystal heart embellishment under the chin -- the details are endless! The dress features easy on/off styling with hook and loop (Velcro) at the neck and tummy side. A D-ring is centered on the back for leash attachment.
