As cute as the harnesses are, there is sturdy nylon webbing under the decorative fabric holding the D ring that connects to your leash. The D ring is placed at the bottom of the harnesses, (not at the neck) so these work great with car seats! Also the harnesses are constructed to go through the front legs and creates a Hammock type bottom for support, they Do Not put any pressure on the neck / trachea which are very delicate in small and toy dogs.

Colorful Skulls and Bones Cotton Print with studded trim. Fully lined and washable cold, mild detergent, lay flat to dry.
