Beware! Inadequate Materials and Construction	November 3, 2011

The steps arrived with no instructions so Posh Puppy was contacted. The stench from the varnish was asphyxiating and triggered an asthma attack in a family member. PP’s comment was that the smell would disappear. The trim was so poorly tacked in that some of the metal decorative pieces fell out in several places. Despite requesting that we be allowed to return the item, PP contacted the designer again. Then we were ignored for almost another week. As the end of 2nd week was nearing & no service recovery, we got a craftsman’s expertise/skills who rebuilt the substandard stairs that included carpeting part of the slick steps/platforms to prevent injury to our dog. After 2 weeks, then PP gave us the designer’s name/phone number in Canada. This was not timely or needed at this point. PP did not stand behind this substandard merchandise. No apologies were even made for the experience that we endured from either Posh Puppy or the designer. It is what it is.
