This pad has a soft and cuddly outside print and a matching fleece print for the inside of the band. The center of the band has an built-in insert. This band is a full (not tapered) hook and loop closure.
Parlor Pants™, Belly Bands For Male Dogs are designed to be cute, stylish and functional. If your dog has a hard time being housebroken, is a young puppy, a senior dog, likes to mark no matter how often he goes out, a Parlor Pants™, belly band/diaper is an essential part of their wardrobe. They wrap easily around your dog and can be adjusted to their size. Your dog can move around the home without your having to fear they’ll wet the carpet or the furniture. Belly bands are comfortable to wear and won’t result in any chafing on the skin.
Parlor Pants™, male bellybands are designed to be used with a feminine incontinent pad for added absorption and change as needed or our eco-friendly Parlor Pants™ Soaker Pad insert. The outer covering is made with minkee or other soft and comfy decorator fabrics to look his best around the house. I have two styles, one style has a tapered end closure for minimal coverage over his back. Or, the traditional tube-type closure. The band has an extra pad inside of organic cotton/bamboo/fleece for added absorption. The inside of the band is made of a soft fleece fabric to wick any moisture and keep him dry and comfortable. Hook and Loop closures. This band is washable, reusable, and will hold up to repeat washings.
Parlor Pants™ do not bunch, are not gathered, and are not made with elastic to bind or cut into the dogs belly or private area. More important, it is essential to have air circulation to facilitate good hygiene. Parlor Pants™ should be changed frequently to prevent urine burn and infection. One reusable, washable pad is included with each Parlor Pants™.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Machine wash in warm water with mild detergent. Tumble dry low. Do not use fabric softener or bleach when washing pads as it will decrease the absorbency. You may use fabric softener on the diaper itself, as it will enhance softness of the diaper and will also make the diaper more water repellent.
Sizing Guide
It is recommended that you measure your pet around the waist/hip area which is just above his private area. If your pet has a full coat, you may need to increase to the next size, particularly if they are in between sizes. If your pet is a show dog and the coat is critical, his belly band may be lined with a slippery, satin type of fabric so his coat moves and does not mat..
