Why leather

It softens to the shape of the dog, spreads pressure more comfortably than thin webbing across the chest, and holds decorative hardware securely. With occasional conditioning it lasts years.

Fit

Measure the widest part of the chest and check the chart on the listing. A harness should sit clear of the armpits, with room for two fingers under the strap. Leather has less stretch than fabric, so an accurate measurement matters more here.

Care

Keep it out of prolonged soaking, dry it away from direct heat, and condition it occasionally.
