A 1" aluminum tag is hung on a diagonal, accompanied by a leaf pendant and a cute little green india glass bead. It looks to me like an apple in a way, or it could be a large grape, or a leaf with a green glow (really it's up to you!).

I've stamped the pet's name and number on adjacent sides; the letters could be smaller or larger depending on the length of your pet's name.
