This tutu has white fringe with dangling sequence over iridescent bubble netting. The waist is white bridal satin with large white sheer bow and a rosette with a pearl in the center. All garments in this collection are custom made and embellishments may vary from piece to piece. D- ring for leash attachment and Velcro for flexibility. Embroidering of your pets name in the lining is available. Made in U.S.A Custom sizing welcome.
