Every collar is made from 100% post consumer plastic bottles and they’re manufactured right here in North Carolina, USA. Each custom design is printed with water based ink, with no chemical by-products. These collars are durable and built to last, featuring strong hardware and stitching.
Product Features:
• Each product is made from a polyester fiber made from 100% recycled post consumer plastic bottles. It’s a 7.5oz fabric with canvas like texture.
• Ink is water-based with no harsh chemical by-products
• Ink should stay true for approximately 2 years before normal wear and tear will damped its luster. (as with any fabric, the more you wash it, the more it will have a tendency to fade)
• D-ring is a specially coated steel that’s waterproof
• Plastic Hardware is made from Acetal and has over a 200lb break strength (Used on Patagonia and North Face packs)
• Made in North Carolina, creating a very small carbon footprint
