The dress is made from high-quality cotton fabric. The white with black dottted base peplum layer with a gathered mesh trim is adorable along with the bodice and first peplum layer of white birdies on a black background. The embellishments really set it apart from many others available today -- large shabby chic bow detail, bodice and collar embellishment, double peplum skirt trimmed in black gathered mesh -- the details are endless! The dress features easy on/off styling with hook and loop (velcro) at the neck and tummy side. A D-ring is centered on the back for leash attachment.
