this is the perfect little black dress. The fabric is made of satin ribbons sewn to bridal satin forming intricate rosettes. Sequence all threw this bodice for extra glamor. Bottom of this dress has Layers of tulle under for fullness. All garments in this collection are custom made and embellishments may vary from piece to piece. D- ring for leash attachment and Velcro for flexibility.
