Custom, hand-made dog dress / harness dress. The bodice of this drop-waist dress is a cotton fabric. The background is yellow with bright pink dots. The skirt is layers and layers of bright pink tulle. The collar consists of large silk bright pink roses. The bodice is edged in bright pink rick rack trim. The drop-waist bodice is accented by a row of the same large silk bright pink roses. A D-ring can be added on the back for leash attachment
