The Cosmo’s purple sparkle patent leather is lined with coordinating purple and black polka dot micro-fleece and trimmed with ‘pearls’. This waterproof raincoat is funky, functional and fun. Velcro neck closure and webbing bellyband allow for adjustable fit. Coordinating purple sparkle 'patent leather' collar and leash make a fashion statement for any occasion.
